WoodSpring Suites Missoula Rooms

I wasnt impressed by any part of my stay at the Woodspring Hotel the pillows smelled like feet

I enjoyed the space and appliances offered

The room was very clean and it was easy to check in and out. We saved 20% on breakfast at IHOP since they don’t have breakfast at the hotel.

Staff was friendly enought.

There was nothing we liked about this location. Very un welcoming

sinks didnt drain and caused extreme humidity and rooms were very run down and dirty, no soap was provided

clean room, only bath towels, no hand towels, no kleenx.

Close to the airport and football stadium. Clean, all items in room working. I asked for a 1 hour late check out and it was granted. I will stay again if I ever return to this area.

Did not like a thing.

Lets start with the reservation. Not only did you mess up on my sisters room, but because of the football game THERE WAS NOT ONE MOTEL LEFT in the Missoula are. So they had to find other place to sleep. My room floor was NEVER and I mean NEver washed. I have video of my sister wiping one small area with a wash rag and it coming up BLACK. We all wore our shoes. Then there was the most discussing bug I have ever seen on the window. I should have alos checked for bed bugs, but after all of the above, we slept on top of the covers. Never staying there again o letting anyone I know traveling there to use this motel.
